  • ½ c. almond butter                                   
  • 4 large mashed bananas               
  • 3 c. old-fashioned oats                   
  • 1 ½ c almond milk                                   
  • ¼ cup maple syrup                                   
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract                         
  • 1 c. raw sliced almonds + extra almonds for topping

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. If your almond butter is thick, microwave it for about 30 seconds to loosen it up
  3. Mash bananas until smooth
  4. Combine the rest of the ingredients in the stainless mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined
  5. Spoon into Flexipan Muffin Tray all the way to the top
  6. Sprinkle with a few sliced almonds
  7. Place on rack in the center of the oven and bake until oatmeal cups are firm to the touch, about 20-25 minutes
  8. Wait several minutes for oatmeal cups to cool before removing them from the tray.
  9. Serve hot or let cool and refrigerate individually wrapped for breakfasts on the go.
